Tim is currently the Associate Director of Sports Nutrition at Baylor University. Prior to Baylor, he spent the 2016-17 academic year as campus & sports dietitian at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. There, he created the university's first sports nutrition program, which included team education, individual nutrition consults and a variety of other services.
After completion of his graduate degree, DiLeo was a sports performance dietitian at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he worked extensively with the 2015 ACC Coastal division champion football team, men's basketball, baseball, swimming and
diving, fencing, and women's rowing.
Originally from Franklin, MA, DiLeo graduated from Springfield College (`10) where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science and played basketball. After spending 2 years in the strength and conditioning field, DiLeo returned to Framingham State University where he received a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science (`15).
He is a 2013 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and a 2017 Graduate of Northeastern University, with an MS in Sports Leadership.
Prior to completing his Bachelor’s degree, Vanderweit served in the US Army from 2003-2009, where he attained the rank of Sergeant. During his service, he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM from '03-'04 as an Infantry Mortar Team Leader.
While stationed at both Ft. Campbell, KY, and Camp Navajo, AZ, he was handpicked to carry out additional duties as the Unit Fitness Coordinator. This leadership role included individual consults, fitness programming, and leading group fitness activities.

Ryan Vanderweit, MS, CSCS
Nikki is currently a social worker for the Pettengillhouse, which is a nonprofit in Amesbury MA. This organization ensures the basic needs of individuals in the service area are met.
Prior to Pettengillhouse, she worked for the Bedford VA after an internship on a Veteran Integration to Academic Leadership Team and research study; connecting Veterans to services and care for successful transition from soldier to student life.
Nikki is also a MSgt/E7 in the NH ANG and has been serving in the Air Force for 13 years; active, reserve and guard. She has held jobs within logistics, training, personnel, sexual assault victim advocacy and military equal opportunity; both in a military and civilian capacity.
Fitness has become a huge component of her life, while serving and outside of the military. She is currently a certified spinning instructor and projected to complete a 200 hour yoga program in April of 2019. She is active in the crossfit community, has completed numerous half marathons and is an advocate for mind and body connection.
Originally from Salisbury MA, Ivone graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a BA in Business and minor in human resource management (2010). She is a recent graduate of Wheelock College with an MSW (2018) and a Masters nonprofit leadership candidate in May 2019.
She resides with her husband and two loving boys in Georgetown MA.

Nicole M. Ivone, MSW, LCSW
Anthony is currently a Police Officer serving the great city of Boston. Prior to becoming a police officer Anthony was an Intelligence Analyst for the same department, conducting analysis to help officers on the street.
Anthony completed his undergraduate degree from Westfield State University in 2013 majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He went on to complete his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Policy focusing on research within escalation of force and police response as part of the Boston University Research Team.
While at BU Anthony worked with various partners within the Criminal Justice system to include: Bridgewater State Hospital, Project Place and the Boston Police Department. Anthony is currently finishing up a Master’s in Public Administration at University of Massachusetts.
Anthony joined the Massachusetts Army National Guard in 2010 and is currently serving as a Company Commander of an Infantry company.
From playing sports at an early age up to the college level, to practicing Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2010, to holding a Army Combatives Instructor certificate, Anthony has always been an advocate for health and wellness within all the organizations he has been part of.
